This book is meant for CEOs, who make and approve

for knowledge management. The book talks about techniques and roadmaps for
building a successful knowledge management system in an organization. It also
covers best practices and the tools and techniques for using conversation and
online interaction in order to provide an affordable and efficient
knowledge-based solution in place. In addition, the book gives you a
step-by-step 'how-to' for developing a well-organized knowledge base. This
includes formulating strategies and creating action plans, selecting the right
tool for P2P networks, interactive communication and events, working with legacy

criteria.
