This book is meant for CEOs, who make and approve strategy for knowledge management. The book talks about techniques and roadmaps for building a successful knowledge management system in an organization. It also covers best practices and the tools and techniques for using conversation and online interaction in order to provide an affordable and efficient knowledge-based solution in place.
