Kapil Medicos is a Retail Medical Store which faced issues like keeping track
of drugs present in the store, locating expired drugs (so they can be returned
to the respective dealers on time), timely billing to companies to whose
employees the retail store sells drugs on credit and timely payment to
suppliers, dealers etc.
To solve the problem the store has implemented Medico-Online solution made by
JPS InfoSystems. With this solution the store manages to keep track of correct
number of stocks available, get timely alert on expired drugs, timely alert on
shortage of drugs and keep track of its customers.
Other than the increased profitability in store's business the product has
also led to better relationship with its customers. In the near future, company
plans to link customer and dealer with retail store through Internet.
Also customers will be able to place their request online and any latest news
related to drugs will be sent to the retail medical store immediately.
