Deployment of SAP to track the material movement across the organization

Sangam Group of Companies, a Textile Conglomerate in Bhilwara had deployed
the project Sarvesh. The scope of the project is to integrate the available
business systems into SAP modules (SD, MM, PPQM, FICO, PM) which was mapped
according to their business process. Tracking the material movements across the
organization was the key concern which led to the conceptualization of this
project. And that's why the ERP system from SAP is been deployed. The benefits
of the deployments were online information on the material movements and
financial transactions. After deploying this project, the company is expecting
an improvement in the current business process in an expected time frame of
around a year. The project is mapped and implemented considering a lifelong
support for the organization with continuous improvements. Further improvements
in the process can be planned by simplifying the working nature of the project
and getting maximum information out of the SAP system.
