A software to integrate the working, reporting and statistics within the hospital trauma center

The Problem: Government hospitals in India have major issues with transparency and accountability. There are no objective benchmarks in place to evaluate the functioning & quality of care of various govt. & private hospitals against each other. So, it was decided to make all patient-centric statistics available in real time to the citizens through a web portal. 
The Solution: The statistics included patients seen till date in the emergency room, the actual number of patients seen today, the breakup of the admissions and discharges in various departments in AIIMS Trauma centre. It was also decided to have in place a system so that all this data could be collected automatically from back end in a continuous manner.
The CRM solution for the hospital staff has been put in place so that all relevant patient & administrative data can be accessed in a personalized manner by the staff. The RTI application system is now completely online with payment gateway integration.
The Result: For the first time patient statistics are available in real time from a hospital in India. Citizens can access various statistics & internal audits at any time, which brings in more transparency and
