MS GIF Animator allows you to create and customize animated GIF files for your Web pages with ease. This is a standalone animation app based on GIF89a file format, which stores timing information to create the illusion of animation like a cartoon flipbook. GIF Animator allows you to combine several separate images into a single animated GIF file, which can be viewed as an animated sequence in a Web. For making an animation, you need a series of images, representing the movements of the animation. These images need to be assembled with GIF Animator utility to be played in a sequence. When included in a Web page the animation loads and plays automatically.

With GIF Animator you can make your animations loop, spin, fade in and out, set the size and transparency of your images. GIF Animator also features automatic or custom palette creation.

Select Frame #1 and click drag the image to the Frame. When the image is filled in Frame #1, another frame opens automatically. Similarly, continue with other images also. You can change the animation width, height, and do looping also. In the Image option you can set the duration of the frame movement.
When you click on the animation arrow, a small preview window opens. Press on the start arrow which changes the frames sequentially. The frame movement speed depends on the duration time you entered. Here we used 15 frames to show the bus movement.
