RealJukebox from RealNetworks is a digital music manager. Whether it be encoding or burning a music CD, or even searching for specific downloads, the possibilities with RealJukebox, which integrates with RealPlayer are quite impressive.
Installation is a fairly easy affair thanks to the wizard. The minimum requirements are a Pentium 200 MHz, 32 MB RAM and Windows 9.x or later, a full duplex sound card and speakers. We tested it on a Celeron 366 MHz with 32 MB RAM, with other apps running in the background and found it ran well. We recommend at least a couple of GB of free hard-disk space to store your music files.
RealJukebox gets information on the artist, album, and genre from the Net. Visualizations and downloadable skins akin to that of Winamp are an added plus.

Users can extract and organize audio CD tracks and multimedia files from the Net, into a single digital music library. We found its ability to calculate the number of CDs that can be encoded in the given hard disk space quite useful. Our search for specific clips, however, timed out repeatedly, a reminder that it is meant for broadband connections (at least 64 kbps).
To encode MP3s over 96 kbps you have to download a free plug-in from Real. RealJukebox Basic is free while you have to shell out $14.99 for RealJukebox Plus. Overall, it provides a good experience for those with broadband connects.
