ASUS's P5K3 Deluxe is one of the first motherboards to use Intel's new P35 Express chipset. It has 2PCI Express based x16 graphics card slots. This board has 4 DIMM slots which support up to 8GB 1333/1066/800 non-ECC unbuffered memory. It has 6 SATA ports which support SATA RAID 0, 1, and JBOD. It supports Dual Gigabit LAN with WiFi-AP. It has 2.0 based 10 USB Ports. We tested the motherboard with 800 W SMPS, 120 GB 7200 rpm HDD with Quad Core 2.66 GHz Processor, with 2 GB DDR3 1333 MHz RAM and XP SP2.The benchmarks we used are 3DMark, PC Mark and Pov-Ray and the scores were 6971, 8871, 62601.55 respectively. In Cinebench 10, it gave 2989 single CPU and 5580 XCPU. Gaming performance was tested by using ZOTAC GeForce 9800 GTX 512MB Video Card, using UT3, Crysis and Company of Heroes. The scores obtained were 59.56 frame relay, 39.19 FPS and 104.7 FPS respectively.

This board performs very well, almost like Asus P5K3 Premium. The only difference is in the features front. Both Deluxe and Premium board support 45nm CPU but in case they don't support you have to update both boards with the latest BIOS.
