Before implementation of Incubation tracker at Intelenet, each business site and department maintained their own data separately in isolated Excel sheets. Lack of a central data warehouse and delay in compiling data from locations at different places was the major reasons that made employee rentention difficult. To overcome these issues complete data tracking system was automated and real time data was made available. The Incubation tracker generates a unique registration number for each candidate while he/she is being interviewed plus few initial details are also captured by the system. Incubation tracker pops out an alert if the candidate has attended interview in past 3 months. If the applicant has already been interviewed in past 3 months then he/she will not be allowed to take part in the on going interview process. Short listed applicants go through some assessments and the results of these assessments are entered into the system by the interviewer at each stage. Selected candidates get the system generated offer letter on the same day of interview. Besides this data Incubator tracker also has diffirent modules for tracking data of employee during his/her tenure with company. Availability of real time emplyee data ha reduced attration rate from 54% May-07 to 35% in Mar-08.
