IT Manager of the Month

Lancy has been an IT manager for 2 years, but don't go by his short
experience, he specializes in a large number of areas. Ask him to do anything in
SAP, Windows, Cisco deployments, Linux, networking, and he'll do it without a
hitch. Moreover, his never give-up attitude makes him want to move further and
do CISA or ITIL certifications as well. Unfortunately, his present busy schedule
prevents him from doing those.
He can even handle teams pretty well-an essential skill if you're going to do
IT implementations of any kind.
The toughest assignment for Lancy has been a SAP implementation, which he
completed in six months by working continuously from 7:30 AM to 9:30 or 10 PM,
with most of his weekends spent in the office. The results paid off and now he's
integrated the core users of each department in his company after understanding
their business processes and mapping them to SAP.
