Deepak Shivathaya has 15 years experience, of which last 10 years has been as an IT Manager. He specializes in Insuranceand his expertise is in managing and guiding project teams to deliver projects within pre-set budgets and schedules. The most challenging assignment that he undertook was to build a Compensation Management System (CMS) from scratch for a life insurance company, which used a rules engine with the intension of making it SOA compliant. The CMS had to have the facility of running any amount of dummy / mock runs to provide updates before a final run takes place at the end of the regular and adhoc compensation cycle. It had to fetch millions of records from an AS/400 DB2 application, consolidate and calculate the same at various levels and store the calculation result along with detailed records for audit purpose. The setting up of the various sales contests and incentives had to be user friendly and table driven with linkage to an SMTP gateway that would send outputs to the huge sales force depending on their span of control / reporting line. His other indulgences include shopping and spending quality time with family. and ensure his kids stay ehappy and cheerful all the time

Kishor Yadav specializes in Data Center Management, Server & Storage Infrastructure and FMS. The most challenging assignment he ever took was in Data Center and Server Infrastructure Consolidation and Centralization. What makes him think so? Well, there were multiple sites with different hardware and applications including some of the legacy systems for which no support was available to understand the nitty-grities. It was very high risk project and no downtime or crashing of any application was allowed. Improper sizing and capacity planning would have resulted in complete IT service interruption. He indulges in long drives and playing with his cute, little daughters. His wishlist includes attending social functions and meeting relatives and friends. His most innovative act has been in using blade servers and virtualization technologies to create disaster recovery sites which can provide 24X7 uptime of IT services even when the entire site is down.
