This device provides the dual functionality of a USB 2.0 external drive and a NAS box. It has storage capacities of 500GB, 640GB and 1TB. It is supported with Turbo USB, for faster transfer rates and the Memeo AutoBackup automatically backs up files on a PC or Macs. The Secure Lock Ware Software for Windows-based PCs encrypts the personal data protecting it from theft and unauthorized access. The device comes with both 10/100 Ethernet Network Storage functionality for it to be a NAS and a USB 2.0 connection to work as a regular external hard drive. The device has a button that quickly toggles between the two modes. The DriveStation FlexNet is a single hard drive storage device (hence no RAID configuration) with a compactdesign.

Its estimated street price is Rs 11,000 (500GB), Rs 12,000 (640GB) and Rs 15,000 (1TB).
