When will my subscription start? How will I be intimated?

The subscription will be activated within 2-4 weeks of receiving your subscription request. A formal payment receipt also stating your subscription number will be sent to you within 10 days of receiving your subscription request

Will my gift come along with my copy?

If applicable with the subscription offer, the relevant gift will be sent to you by Courier / Registered Post 6-8 weeks after your subscription has started.

How will I receive my copy of the magazine?

Currently, PCQuest and Living Digital are delivered by courier in select metros only. Elsewhere these publications are sent by post. All other publications are being sent by post.

What if I do not receive any issue?

A replacement copy will be sent to you within 7 days of receiving intimation from you. Please note that we are unable to entertain such requests received more than one month after release of the issue.

What if the CD gets damaged in transit? Will you replace it?

We bear the risk of damage in transit. A replacement will be sent to you within 7 days of receiving intimation from you. Please note that we are unable to entertain such requests received more than one month after release of the issue.

I wish to subscribe in my official capacity. Do I need to give my name or just the designation will suffice?

Addressee name is essential for commencement of subscription. We will be unable to process subscription / renewal requests mentioning only designation. Addressee name helps us ensure delivery of the magazine.

I want to change the delivery address for the magazine. How soon do I let you know?

The request must reach us at least 20 days before the release of the forthcoming issue. Please send in a written request mentioning your subscription number, new address and the effective date of change.

From where do I get the subscription / renewal form?

The subscription form is available in each issue of our magazine and at our website which can also be used for renewals. If you wish we will be delighted to post the same to you. Please contact us with your name and address. Also, you will receive a renewal invoice from us just before your current subscription is due to expire.

How soon should I send in a request for renewal?

In order to ensure that there is no break in your current subscription, the renewal request must reach us at least 20 days before the expiry of the current subscription. You can send in your renewal request to us not earlier than six months in advance.

My subscription is expiring after three months. If I renew now will my subscription be extended or will I start getting parallel issues?

Your subscription will be renewed only after the expiry of the existing subscription. As a safeguard against a parallel subscription commencing please mention your subscription number along with the renewal request.

Can I subscribe to your magazine through the internet?

Yes, absolutely. You can subscribe to any of Cyber Media publications (Living Digital, PCQuest, Dataquest, Voice & Data, the DQWeek and BioSpectrum) using the 'subscribe' link on the internet and pay using a credit card. You will get an almost instantaneous authorization on the payment to enable you to view your receipt.

How should I pay and where should I send the payment? In whose name should the payment be?

We prefer to receive the Payment through Demand Draft or Credit Card. The Cards accepted by us are Amex, MasterCard, Visa and Diners. You can also pay by Cheque payable at Bangalore, Calcutta, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune or Secunderabad.  For all other cities please send demand draft. You can send the payment to the nearest Cyber Media (I) Ltd. office address. The payment has to be made in favour of CYBER MEDIA (INDIA) LTD.

As the subscriber of any CYBERMEDIA magazine (print issue), you get free access to the web site of the magazine to which you have subscribed - Dataquest, Living Digital, PCQuest or Voice&Data. All you need to do is register on the appropriate web site and choose a unique User ID and Password for yourself. This will enable unlimited access to the website content till lapse of your current print subscription.
