This is perhaps the most feature-rich MFD of the entire lot. It contains an ADF, a duplexer unit, four flash memory card slots for reading from just about all types of flash memory available in the market. You can therefore directly print pictures stored in these cards. Not only that, but it’s also extremely easy to use, and has a function rich control panel.
This MFD’s print mechanism is slightly different in that its ink cartridge is split into two, an ink refill and a print head. So there are two ink refills, black and color, and four print heads. Its color print quality was exceptionally good, and took about 5 mins to print a full page graphic on photo paper. Text printing was fast at 12 ppm. Coming to its scanning part, it took 28 secs to scan a full-page text and 29 secs for a full-page color image. On the copier front, its print quality was again extremely good taking 2:35 mins for a copy of color graphic. Text copying was extremely fast giving 10 CPM. The fax feature supports speed
dials.
