Microsoft’s Solutions
Microsoft, the Title sponsor of the event, displayed enterprise solutions built around various segments of Office 2007 platform. The solutions were assembled by allies of Microsoft. Sonata Software showcased SonnetBI suite of Business Function Analyzers, based on Microsoft Dynamics AX; PriceWaterHouse Coopers demonstrated solution for Clause 49 Compliance built around SharePoint Portal Server 2007; SAP featured Duet; Advaiya targeted automation solutions; and Skelta Software presented BPN.NET 2006. The showcase included other associates like Vishwak, Microland, TCS and CompuLink as well.

Lenovo
Lenovo’s current as well as popular models from their dual core desktop and notebook line-up were demonstrated. Interestingly, the one-hole golf pad in the stall could get you a free Lenovo laptop.

Netgear
In an impressive manner, with array of technical, marketing and sales brains who satisfied every query that visitors posed, Netgear presented their latest networking products and solutions. PoE (Power over Ethernet) was the best of their display.

GE
GE featured power and lighting products at the ESS. The range included UPS, circuit breakers, switches, relays, trips and fuse links. UPS from LP series covered a substantial part of theirfloor-space.

CheckPoint
CheckPoint demonstrated the VPN-1 UTM Edge appliance that supports more than 150 predefined application services, instant messaging , VoIP and multimedia services. CheckPoint’s VPN-1 UTM Edge W appliances support both wired and wireless LANs while Edge X supports only wired LANs.

Zenith
Zenith showcased two different solutions, one in Mumbai and the other in Delhi. In Mumbai, its sister concern, VU Systems presented solutions for enterprise boardrooms. In Delhi, Zenith India demonstrated a wide range of laptops and desktops.

Agile LABS
Agile showcased an interesting SOA-based model for addressing the issues posed by development and implementation teams. Agile’s solution saves all the business rules, access control mechanisms, business logic and related parts of the otherwise middle tier of any enterprise application as metadata within a data base.

APW President
APW presented floor-standing server racks and cooling solutions for Data centers, called the CYBERack. CYBERack is pegged to handle equipment loads of up to 500 Kgs and cooling problems.

CMS
CMS showcased a couple of solutions that included document management, security and data card solutions. The high-speed form printing solution from Oce Systems was also on display.

Wipro Infotech
Wipro Infotech presented Expert Connect service delivery model that troubleshoots the problems of infrastructure management. The solution also addresses the chills of data security while exposing your infrastructure to a remote monitoring and management location.

Reliance Infocomm
Reliance Broadband provided Internet bandwidth for the event. A leased line connect of 4 Mbps bandwidth via wireless air link (VSAT) was placed especially for the event.

Brother
The well-known printing solutions vendor brought printing and labeling solutions to the ESS in the form of HL2040, MFC7420 and QL550.

Fortinet
ICSA-certified ASIC-based UTM, the Fortigate-300A Anti-virus firewall appliance features real-time network protection and supports dedicated tunnel with encryption for VPN security.

BakBone Software
BakBone Software highlighted its well-known NetVault range of backup and data protection software.
BakBone implements data protection using traditional backup and restore techniques.

C-DAC
Known for bringing out low-cost software solutions for Indian needs, C-DAC featured their ERP solution. For its customers, C-DAC provides a 3-month support package and provides the necessary hardware .
